I found this pattern in the February 2015 issue of Crochet World Magazine, under the name of "Chomp Chomp Scarf."
For this project I used a US I 5.5mm hook & Vanna's Choice Lion Brand yarn in Aqua for the eel and Us H 5.0mm hook & Sugar 'n Cream yarn in White for the eyes/mouth. I used a hot glue gun to secure a black button.
